I got published - sort of. I wrote a piece for a gaming guide for Dark Age of Camelot by Prima Guides. Right now it's only available online (you can see it here, although the guide itself has to be purchased to be read), and I'm not sure if it'll ever be available in print (most of their other guides are, but I've heard this one won't be). My name is in there and everything, which is pretty cool. And my stuff wasn't changed for the most part, except for a couple things, which I think were actually changed for the worse (like vs. or versus, whatever I wrote, was changed to verse - huh?). Anyways, totally geeky, but I'm a little excited.
I came across this picture today, which had me cracking up:

Agility
We started our new agility class last night - unfortunately, it's another beginner class, since the SPCA class didn't cover all the equipment such as the A-frame and dogwalk. So some of the stuff we went over was pretty basic. This new class is indoors, at a doggy daycare center, and man, was it stinky inside. Marc kept grumbling about the smell, and he also grumbled about the fact that we had to help set up and tear down the equipment.
This class had a lot more people in it than our SPCA class did - and there were a lot of little boys in it too, which made me really nervous, since that's Bandit's least favorite demographic, lol. But he did well! He even went up to this one boy, who was probably 10 or so, that was sitting in a chair holding a tennis ball, and let the kid pet him on the head (he was interested in the ball, which provided a good distraction). He wasn't flustered at all.
He did great in the class, except for the first time I had to pick him up and put him on the dogwalk - I think he got scared, and peed on my hand a little. Gross.
The class was pretty long, and we didn't get home until almost 9:30. So there wasn't much to do after except eat, watch TV, and sleep!
