Relaxing

So I ended up leaving work early yesterday, like around 3. I'd pretty much gotten everything done that needed to be done, so it wasn't a big deal. There was an insane amount of traffic though, for that time of the day. It was really weird. I went home, drew myself a nice bubble bath, and soaked in there while reading my Harry Potter book (the fifth one).

I love my bathtub. And yes, it's pretty much mine, since Marc never uses it. It's like my "girly" space. I have little tea candles around it, and bath salts and bubble bath, a little bath pillow, and a rack that Marc bought me that goes across the tub, where I can put my book or magazine, or even a glass of wine. I love it!

I woke up feeling much better today, although my hip still has a twinge of pain once in a while. I'm still avoiding putting too much weight on it. I did, however, wake up with soreness in my left arm, kind of like what it feels like when you get a shot. There truly is something wrong with me every day.

I finally convinced Marc to come with me to boxing class tonight! We'll see how he likes it. :)

Hmmm ... do you want him to come to vent your anger and frustration? Or to share the experience with your husband.

Please read my book, The Proper Care and Feeding of Husbands, especially the chapter titled "Why I shouldn't fight my man and just to whatever he says"

(have you listened to Dr. Laura ... aaaaackkkkk! Sometimes she gives decent advice, other times I want to throttle my radio)

Oh my god, don't even get me started. Let's just say that the minute I hear a caller call in to Dr. Laura and say, "Hi Dr. Laura, I'm my kids' mom!" I run from the room and proceed to find a good place to puke. Because shame on you if you happen to be a mom who actually has to work to feed her kids.

That woman gives dangerous advice, and is an effin' nut job. I can't stand her or her stupid-ass books. I hope she chokes on her radio mike one day.

ACK! SORRY!!! Don't worry, I very much dislike her also (I was just trying to be diplomatic with my last post)

She is now nameless, and will never be mentioned again.
