Anyone watch the Rangers-A's game yesterday? If you watched any sports news, it was hard to miss this. Apparently some fans and the Rangers bullpen were exchanging some words, and one of the Rangers' relief pitchers, Frank Francisco, threw a chair at the fans, hitting one guy on the head, and another lady in the face, breaking her nose. I saw it on TV, it was crazy.
The guy was arrested shortly after. I hope he gets suspended for the rest of the year too.
Amazingly, his manager sounds like he's trying to justify the guy's actions.
Other Random Bits
Marc and I went to Fry's after work, and I got some RAM for my computer, since my game has been a memory hog ever since the new expansion came out. 1 gig baby! It's working great now, I love it.
I won my first game in Fantasy Football - for once I have both a great running back (Tomlinson) and a top quarterback (Hasselbeck). The rest of my team is pretty well rounded too - normally I'm picking up bits off the waiver wire. I think I scored more points on the bench, but that's fine with me, as long as I win.
The Cal-Southern Miss game that was supposed to be this Thursday got postponed because of Ivan. Bummer. I found this in the Cal store, which I thought was pretty cute. This also rules. I want it, haha.
