Just read this article on CNN: Cow Power. Vermont is using cow manure to generate electricity. Brilliant!
Didn't do much last night, my mom gave me some wontons she made, so that ended up being dinner (and lunch for today). Marc and I went to Target and bought some miscellaneous things.
Last night I was fiddling around in the fish tank and moving the leather coral around. This is kind of what it's supposed to look like: Finger Leather. So ours looks kind of deflated and it's all slumped over. Which supposedly is normal when they're first put in a new tank, but who knows with our tank.
Anyways, yesterday it looked like parts of it were perking up. Some stalks though, looked like they were about to fall off. So I picked it up, and sure enough, one of the stalks completely fell off. Oops. Not really knowing what to do, I just leaned the stalk up against another rock to support it, in hopes that it might reattach itself to where it was.
This morning I came downstairs, and it was kind of dark, but I swear that the base of the stalk had moved, and it looked like it was attaching itself to the other rock! I'll have to take another look at it when I get home when the lights are on. I'll be really happy if it lives.
