It's been 8 days since I last blogged! This is getting ridiculous. I just can't seem to remember to do it from home. Not that I have that much time at home anyways.
Marc and I went to see Brokeback Mountain on Friday night. I really liked it - it made me cry, although that's not hard. I have to agree with my coworkers - the heterosexual sex scenes actually seemed more gratuitous and extraneous than the homosexual ones. Maybe that's how it was supposed to seem, since these guys were faking their heterosexual relationships. Good story, great acting, and beautifully photograped.
Saturday we did sheep herding as usual, and we had dinner with Steve and Erin and the kids at Champion Teppanyaki. Afterwards we hung out at their house and played some games.
Sunday was pretty low key. We watched some football, then went to the fish store to buy a small fish tank for my new office at work. Kenny and Marc came with me to work to set it up, and then we met Leslie for dinner at the Cheesecake Factory.
My new office is nice, but it seems to have a bug problem. When I first moved in, there were a lot of dead bugs in it. I finally discovered the cause today, when I found yet another bee in my office. Apparently there's a problem with the frame on one of my windows, and it's basically open to the outside. That wouldn't be so bad if it weren't for the gross bugs coming inside. So hopefully they'll get it fixed soon. Other than that, it's pretty cool. A bit lonely though, being by myself now.
Other than that, not much else going on! Still super busy at work, and it's probably going to be like this for another few weeks. Hopefully I can find more time to blog here and there. :)
