I finally went to Best Buy and exchanged the crappy video editing software I'd bought for something that was a little better reviewed: Sony Vegas Movie Studio + DVD. Tried it out a bit last night, and it was pretty cool!
I did end up having to buy a firewire card for my computer, because apparently my ASUS mobo didn't come with built-in firewire. I guess because USB 2.0 is faster, they didn't bother? No clue, but at least the card was only $15.
So I hooked the camcorder up, and capturing video from it was a breeze. It was neat too, because the software can actually control the camera, so I could fast-forward and do all that stuff from the PC.
There's still a few things I have to figure out - like one of the videos I did plays back in a huge size, but the other two are smaller. As far as I know I did everything the same, so I don't know why they're different.
Anyways, here are videos of Bandit's two agility runs from the trial:
If I have time tonight, I'm going to try to put these to music. :)
I've got a new dilemma with the fish tank now. It seems that Dory has become quite aggressive, and has decided to pick on our little black clown. At first I thought it was the orange clown beating him up, but then I actually saw Dory take a bite at him. I don't want to separate our clowns, and I can't move the anemone with them to a different tank because I don't have the lighting for it, so I think Dory is going to have to move. I'm either going to have to sell her or find her temporary housing until we move and get a bigger tank. I love this fish, so I definitely don't want to get rid of her unless I have to.
In the meantime, the little clown is living in a box I've got floating in the tank, and I put one of his hairy mushrooms in there so he actually seems quite content.

Videos are awesome! (Nice job w/ the camera, Mark!) So maybe it was a little sad when Bandit jumped off the table but it was pretty cute, too.
