I finally got a chance yesterday to really play around with my new macro lens (Canon EF 100mm/f2.8, bought off of eBay). One thing is for sure, I need my tripod for this thing - all my handheld shots turned out blurry. A remote shutter release might not be a bad idea either.
The two clownfish are still getting along, which is awesome. The little one still twitches occassionally, but the big one has pretty much stopped, which is the norm with these guys (the male always submits to the female, as it should be!).
We got to sleep in Saturday morning, because Bandit's herding lesson was cancelled. In the afternoon, we went to go buy a new protein skimmer for the future tank (I found a really good deal on a used skimmer). Then we went to my aunt's house to help them set up their wireless DSL. After that we met my parents and my brothers at Outback for dinner.

I woke up this morning to Marc's voice saying, "Do you know what your dog did???"
We had something rather funny happen to us yesterday when I picked Marc up from work.
Woohoo, today is my Friday! My company has a spring-fling day every year, so I get tomorrow off. Yay!
This Friday I took half the day off, although I almost got stuck at work for the whole day thanks to the robot having an error. Thankfully, I was able to get it fixed just in time to take off around lunch time.
So yesterday I officially turned 27, and I'm starting to feel old now.
Man, I'm tired of the Oscars. Seems like every year I find them disappointing. Jon Stewart was pretty good though, and it was amusing to see "It's Hard Out Here for a Pimp" win Best Song. I was annoying Marc all night singing it, haha.
I'm so tired right now, I can't think of a creative title for this blog.
But hey, at least I'm blogging.
