Marc and I actually made some decent progress in unpacking yesterday, although most of that consisted of moving a bunch of boxes from the garage to the house. At least now we know what our garage floor looks like.
Well, we're finally moved in! And I have to say that I don't want to do that again for a very long time.
...'cause it's movin' week! I'm taking Thursday and Friday off this week because on Thursday we move (we're hiring people to move our stuff this time). We've got painters and stuff coming as well, to start some of the work on the new place.
I'm like the walking dead today. I think that I must not have slept well last night, because the first 3 hours of my morning were brutal. To top it off, I had a raging headache that coffee did not help with, and so I took some Excedrin, all on an empty stomach. Which essentially left me a jittery, shaking zombie.
I really don't have anything exciting to say about packing, other than that we're behind on it, but I couldn't think of what to title this.
Bandit earned one more leg towards each of his Novice Agility titles this weekend. One more for each, and he gets his title and moves on to the Open class!
It's so cold in my office, I hate it. For some reason they love to keep our building cold. I'm running a space heater in the middle of June, dammit!
So Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie sold photos of the Baby Brangelina for $4.1 million (the money is going to a children's charity). For that kind of money, I hope it's not an ugly baby (and while, likely an impossibility, how cruel a twist of fate would that be?).
I did a little fixing up around the house last night, as the home inspection is going to be done sometime this week. We don't have anything major, but there are some cosmetic issues that needed to be taken care of.
I had a whole long blog written up, and then I clicked on a link in an e-mail, which loaded onto this page, and promptly erased everything. Grr. I hate Outlook. I'm sure there is an option to change it so it launches a new IE window, but I've never been able to find it.
