Got a few cute pictures of our foster kittens yesterday. These guys are so much fun. They can sure eat though! Every time I walk into the room to feed them, they're surrounding me and meowing like they're absolutely starving. Then they pounce on the food. Crazy!
I'm stuck at home right now waiting for the electrician, so I actually have some time to do pictures! There's only 3 kittens in this litter, two girls and one boy (the orange tabby, who I've named Jack for the time being).

Last night Marc and I started work on the fish room. It was late, so we were only able to get as far as pulling up the carpet. We still have to pull up the tack strips as well as the glue. Here's a few pics of the room before and after:

Well, I just got a call from the electrician. Apparently the guy is held up, and can't show up until 11, which doesn't work for me at all, because I have to go to work. Figures. Ugh.
Our pergo floors also failed to arrive the other day. We were supposed to get a whole pallet of floor boards. Instead, they delivered a small box of accessory parts we'd ordered, and that was it. When Marc called the shipping company, they said they were aware that the floors were missing, but they didn't know where they were. This was a PALLET, weighing 1500 POUNDS, of floors. How you lose that, I have no clue. So right now we're waiting for the merchant to try to figure this out with the shipper.
I swear, is there anyone that isn't incompetent?
I was so overwhelmed by cuteness that I nearly fell out of my chair. Those big ears and big eyes!!! I loved that they were all over your remodel, as well -- that picture of the cat butt sticking out is priceless!
