The shelter got dumped on with a LOT of kittens yesterday, all of which were going to be euthanized if they didn't get into foster homes, so in my infinite wisdom I volunteered to take over some kittens of another lady so that she could take more from the shelter.
She had 3, and they're all ready to be adopted, so it shouldn't be too difficult. Since they were healthy and tested we could take them and keep them with the 3 we already have. They're pretty cute, and a little bit bigger than our guys. One of them is this tuxedo male who's just adorable. Loves to be held, and was trying to play with everyone and everything last night. I think we're going to name him Oscar.
We are definitely at our limit for foster kittens though!
Other than that, not much else to write about. Our stand for the new TV arrived, although we haven't put it together yet. Our house looks like such a mess right now - in the living room we have two sets of couches, and two fish tanks. There's hardly any room to walk around. We're trying to get rid of the two black leather couches, so if anyone knows someone who might want a pair of couches for cheap/free, let me know. They have some scratches, and one of the armrests needs to be re-padded, but they're otherwise in decent shape.
