I went to Cynthia's dress appointment after work, while Marc had dinner with a friend. Cynthia managed to find one dress she liked, which I thought was a really pretty one. I can barely remember trying on my own dress, over 4 years ago! Crazy.
By the time either of us got home, it was pretty late, but Marc had been nice enough to stop by Target and get me a hair dryer. Woohoo!
I had my annual health surveillance for work today. I admitted to the nurse that I don't really exercise. Nonetheless, when I weighed in, we found that I had lost two pounds, AND my body fat percentage had gone down! The nurse said, "Looks like you lost two pounds and your body fat went down...for basically doing nothing. Well, keep it up I guess."
I think she was disappointed that she couldn't chastise me for not exercising, hehe.
you should have told her that you're doing a lot of house improvement & construction work. and don't forget about all of bandit's classes...that's a lot of exercise! ...at least more than what i do. =)
