Hmm

Not much to blog about though - the house painting is going to be finished today. The stucco and wood siding was finished yesterday - it looks pretty good! I think we could've gotten away with going a bit darker, for more contrast, but I think the colors we chose turned out well. It's certainly better than the pale blue it used to be (or the peach color the rest of the houses are). If the sun is still up by the time I get home today, I'll take a picture and post before and afters.

Got plenty of projects for this weekend - I need to set up the chiller for the fish tank, and I'm also going to try to rearrange the rockwork a bit. And, we WILL start the living room floors! Although Marc may have to work this Saturday. I can probably get some stuff started on my own though.

I recently heard what has to be the most annoying song I've heard in a while - "A Bay Bay." I'm too lazy to find a stream of it online - suffice it to say that it makes that Umbrella song sound positively sublime. Songs like that are why I listen to my iPod all the time now. Oh, and stuff like, "Get it Shawty," "Buy You a Drank," and "The Way I Are." The English language is becoming a lost art.

Anyways, holy crap - I haven't blogged about it at all before, but the whole Pat Tillman story just gets worse and worse - there are questions now as to the possibility that he was killed deliberately by one of his comrades. Link to the story here. Crazy.

Is anyone following the Tour de France? Are there even any riders left? What a mess.
