Marc and I were originally going to go horseback riding this morning, but he changed it so that I could watch the Cal game. The nice thing about the time zones is that the game was on at 9:30am. Roll on you bears!!!
September 2007 Archives
We've got internet access here at our hotel, so I'm gonna try blogging a bit while we're here on the big island!
Actually, I don't think I've been lazy about blogging, per se...mostly, there wasn't that much to write about, and yesterday I was in the lab all day and unable to find the time.
I'm actually typing this up from the lab computer today - hopefully my boss doesn't walk in and catch me blogging, heh.
This has been a good week for schadenfreude - Britney's VMA debacle, the Patriots' and Belichick's (can't stand that guy) spying scandal, Notre Dame falling on its face, and now OJ has gone crazy again, allegedly robbing someone, and is now sitting in jail. TMZ.com has audio from when the robbery went down. I hope the crazy SOB goes to jail.
What is it about November 10th, anyways? I just found out that the agility fun match I was looking to go to is also on that date (which as you remember from my post yesterday is also the date of the Cal/USC game, and the Kelly Clarkson concert in SJ). Luckily, agility matches are usually early (and this one is in Livermore), and the game doesn't start until 5, so I think I can probably swing both in that day.
There's 30 days in a month, and yet somehow it ends up being impossible to hold a football game and a concert on two different days.
I don't have any more pictures to add to the ones I posted yesterday, but man, these little guys are cute.
Took a few pictures of the kittens tonight, and actually got them uploaded! Lighting in the bathroom isn't the best, and my photography skills need work, but I did manage to get a few cute ones.
It was kind of an up-and-down weekend. Agility was a bust, but Cal pulled through with a win over CSU, and we have new foster kittens (temporarily)!
I want this. I want this. I want this.
Had a pretty good 3-day weekend, due in large part to Cal's big win over Tennessee on Saturday. Woohoo!
