Well, looks like I broke the comment function as well. Sorry about that. It's still not fixed as I haven't yet figured out how it got broken in the first place. The upside is that I haven't gotten any comment spam in a week, haha. I'll try to find some time this weekend to fix things. Sigh. I was trying to do a clean install behind the scenes, but this damn thing ended up just upgrading. This is what I get for not reading all the documentation before I mess with stuff. ;)
Been totally cooped up in the lab all week, which is why I haven't blogged at all. It's just been crazy busy this month. I think next month things might slow down a bit.
Marc and I are sorta kinda following "American Idol." I haven't hardly watched any of the performances yet, although we have them on TiVo. We did watch "LOST" last night, which I thought was pretty good. We also watched "Supernanny," hehe. I love that show.
Not much else exciting going on. I bought a cupcake recipe book, which has recipes for like 100 different cupcakes or something. Also bought a cupcake carrier, which is kind of cool. Marc wants me to make a new cupcake every month (week?). Should be fun!
I watched Finding Nemo again (on my iPod), and then was watching the fish last night, and was struck again by how perfect a job Pixar did in capturing the blue tang personality. Our "Dory" never stops swimming - she just zooms everywhere. We have currents in the tank, and she will actually park herself in front of a nozzle and just swim against the current (like those endless pools). She's also an odd fish - yesterday she was swimming around, and then she went into one of the corners of the tank, lay down almost on her side, and just lay there for a few seconds before getting up and swimming around again.
If we never get a bigger tank, she'll probably eventually have to be rehomed. Maybe I'll donate her to the Steinhart aquarium. :) She's going to need a big 'ol tank with a lot of room to swim around in!
