I worked a 14-and-a-half hour day yesterday. All in the lab. That was pretty sucky.
Got in at 8 yesterday morning, and was hoping to get out at 5. Didn't end up leaving until almost 10:30. I did catch the lunar eclipse though. Yay.
At least the person I was helping was nice enough to pick up lunch for me at the cafeteria (normally I'm stuck eating chips and soda), and then for dinner she managed to scrounge up a slice of pizza that was leftover from a noontime seminar. She also gave me one of her yogurts, haha. The breakroom also had a bunch of cup 'o soups, so I had a cup of Hearty Chicken.
Met the cleaning guy too - he's very chatty. Offered me a diet coke he had in the fridge. I'd already bought a Pepsi from the vending machine.
So I didn't get home until past 11, and pretty much just went to bed. Got to sleep in just a tad this morning, as I didn't have to get in until 9. I'm actually done early today, which is why I'm blogging. Very sleepy right now.
At least tomorrow is Friday!
