Managed to get a picture of one of the kittens - aren't those little feet so cute? I think one of the kittens may be polydactyl like mom. I can't see a distinct sixth toe, but its five toes are all the same length (instead of the fifth being shorter than the others). I always thought that polydactyly was an autosomal dominant trait, but maybe that's not the case with cats, because I think only one of the kittens has it.
Anyways, I'm blogging from home tonight since I'll be stuck in the lab all day tomorrow. I fed the cats already, but Stubby is on the couch with me, perching himself on my shoulder and meowing plaintifully into my ear like he's starving or something. Spoiled cat.
We watched AI tonight - Mariah Carey was the mentor. I thought it was an interesting choice, having all the contestants sing her songs. It smelled of potential disaster. Turned out to be so-so, no one really blew me away. I still like Brooke, but she seemed really nervous. Her performance probably would've been really good if she'd been able to get ahold of her nerves, because I think it really threw her tempo off. She was all over the place in that respect. She's probably going to be gone soon - she just doesn't have a huge vocal range, and she's not doing enough to make up for that fact right now.
Now I'm just watching XF - finished "Quagmire" (has one of the best scenes ever) and am watching "Wetwired" now. 100 days until the movie, and I have a little over 6 seasons to go. Making progress!

Awwwwww!
