Oh, Paula

They had the contestants sing two songs - each sang one song first, and then the judges didn't critique them until they had all sung their first song. So Paula's turn came up, and this is what happened:

It's pretty well known by now that the judges don't really listen to the live performances - they usually base their critiques on the rehearsal performances, which is what Paula had notes for. Except she wasn't supposed to make that glaringly obvious to America. Drugs are bad, m'kay?

Anyways, I'm starting to really despise this show. That Archuletta kid gets a tongue bath every week even when he sucks. Somehow he makes every friggin' song sound the same. Annoying. It's so rigged, just like last year. And the continued dearth of talent now is so sad.

Maybe I'm just grumpy because the Sharks lost again yesterday, and are looking like they're on their way to a quick exit from the playoffs. And also because it's looking like the XF trailer may not be showing with Iron Man after all, which pisses me off, because goddammit, I need a trailer already.
