Limbo

Work has been interesting. I think everyone feels like they're in a state of limbo, because we still don't know more about what's going to happen to us, and we're not going to get any new details until the beginning of September. And even then, we're not going to know exactly what's going to happen to us. We're just trying to work like everything's normal.

So right now I'm just trying to update and shore up my resume, but I haven't actively started pursuing jobs yet. I've just been mulling in my head about what it is that I want to do, since now is the perfect time for me to make a change if I want to. Do I want to stay in this field? Do I want to change careers? Do I want to go back to school? Marc and I would like to have kids at some point too, so that just makes things all the more complicated.

Anyways, we'll see.

Deepali and I signed up for this Cal Women's Football Huddle on Friday - it's like a mini-camp where the coaching staff and some of the players give you a tour of the facilities and talk to you about the game and run you through some non-contact drills. Should be fun, I'm looking forward to it. And afterwards, we're going to see the XF movie, which should be viewing number 4 for me. Hehehe. It's like crack, I can't get enough.
