We bought Wii Fit back when it came out in May, and I tried it only a couple times. The last time I used it, it kindly informed me that it had been 38 days since I'd worked out (it gets snarky with you, ha!). BUT, I'd lost 3.3 pounds! Woohoo!
So, I've used it twice now in the past week, and each time I've managed to GAIN a pound! So now I'm using it more, and I'm gaining more weight! I'm sure it's all water weight and normal fluctuations and what-not, but still! This is not encouraging.
It's pretty fun though, now that I've had a chance to really use it. I'm enjoying the yoga stuff. At one point, the trainer said to me, "Have you noticed that yoga gets more enjoyable as you do it more?" and I found myself replying, "Why yes I have!"
Even the running stuff is fun - I normally hate running, but the scenery they provide you with is really cute. Would be cool to get on a treadmill and do it (so that you don't have to just run in place).
Going to Pescadero tomorrow morning for a herding trial. Going to try to finish Bandit's title tomorrow. Wish us luck!
