Work has got me swamped this week, which is why I haven't blogged sooner. I'm not trying to go to a once-a-week schedule, I swear! Today is considerably calmer, which is nice.
We kept fairly busy over the weekend. Cynthia and Steve came over Friday night and the four of us just hung out playing Mario Kart (with a break for Cold Stone). Saturday Marc and I joined up with Leslie to go to the Cal game in the afternoon. It was HOT. We were sitting on the sunny side of the stadium, and were miserable for the first half of the game. It was considerably cooler by the time the game finished.
Sunday morning I took Bandit herding, and Marc went with a friend to the Giants' game. I spent most of the afternoon napping, and after Marc got back, we went over to Steve and Erin's for dinner. It seemed like it had been a while since we'd seen them, so it was fun to hang out with them and the kids.
As for the rest of the week, aside from work, I've been pretty much a sloth. All the TV shows are back on, so we've mostly just been watching TV at night. It's horrible.
This is a boring post. My brain is fried! Here's hoping for more wittiness tomorrow.
Guh. Work emergency. Gotta run.
