Quick administrative note: I just noticed that a couple people had signed up for login accounts on the site - I never got a notification for it, so I had no clue until I randomly checked the other day. So I finally activated those accounts - you should be able to log in, and hopefully comment more easily now. If it doesn't work, let me know.
Had a fun, busy weekend. Went out Friday night with family and relatives - my grandfather was in town for a brief visit before heading to Hong Kong. We came home and then played Gears of War 2 with Bill online into the wee hours of the night.
Saturday I couldn't sleep in too much, since we had to get up and get ready to leave for Berkeley for the Big Game. Took BART up, stopped by Top Dog for a kielbasa, and then headed up to the stadium to meet up with my brothers. It turned out to be a really nice day.
The game itself was great! The first half had me a bit nervous, but the third quarter was about the most entertaining quarter I've seen all year. Trick plays and everything, it was great. Cal beat up on Stanford, the crowd rushed the field, we got the axe back, and all was right with the world.
We were going to try to see a movie that night, but all of us ended up being pretty tired, so we just stayed in.
Sunday we mostly just hung out. Without sheep herding in the mornings, it's like we have nothing to do these days!
Busy day at work today and tomorrow, and then I'm taking Wednesday off. I'm looking forward to it and turkey day!
