Spent all day in the lab (heck, all week), and finished early, so I've got a little time to blog this afternoon. So nice that it's Friday, and next week is a short week! I get Thursday and Friday off, but I'm planning on taking Wednesday off. Marc is planning on taking the whole week off. He's back home, as of Wednesday, which is nice.
I get a little paranoid when it's just me in the house, since I have an overactive imagination. So when Marc was gone, I double-checked all the door locks, and even locked the door to our bedroom (not that that would do much). Bandit slept at the foot of the bed while Marc was gone. He's funny - he'll come up and lie next to us to cuddle, but as soon as we stop petting him, he retreats to the end of the bed to lie down. Marc usually shoos him off entirely, but I liked having him on the bed when Marc was gone.
Not much else going on. Marc still hasn't had a chance to try out his birthday present, but I've been having fun playing Gears of War 2. The sniper rifle is my favorite.
Big Game tomorrow! I bought tickets ages ago, so we'll be going along with my brothers. Time to bring the axe back.
We got the axe! And, ahem, hitting the ref square on the noggin does not a first down make. Hee!
