Today is Bandit's birthday! Our 'ol boy turns 6 today, and I know I say this every year, but I can't believe how time has flown! We should probably go get him a fancy biscuit or something as his birthday treat.
I ended up getting stuck at work late yesterday thanks to a problem with one of the robotic systems. What I thought would be a quick fix ended up taking me over two hours to repair. I finally hit the road at 7, and picked up poor Marc, who had to wait for me since we carpooled.
We watched "Heroes" last night, although I ended up doing water changes on the tanks and missed most of the episode. Just not that into it this season. It might be improved from last year, but it's nowhere near as good as it was that first season. Mr. Muggles with the sandwich was hilarious though.
My mom called me this morning to tell me that her car had gotten rear-ended on her way to work this morning. Sounds like she's okay - the police and paramedics showed up (I think they were actually already on the other side of the freeway for a 4-car accident) and checked her out. Sounds like the bumper on her car has seen better days, though.
