Brrr

Did my first Lupron shot last night, and it wasn't bad at all. I actually didn't even feel the needle go in, really. I felt kind of silly being so nervous about it. I've got a little bruising this morning at the injection site, which hopefully is normal. Marc videotaped the whole thing, 'cause we're dorks like that.

So I'm on just the Lupron for a week, and then after that I add in the stimulation drugs, Medrol and Follistim, which will be combined in a second shot. We went and bought some organizing drawers and I printed out labels so that I can keep all the various needles and syringes straight as to what goes with what.

We watched "AI" afterwards - decent night, and I thought Jamie Foxx was a pretty good mentor. I still haven't voted this season - not feeling all that compelled to vote for one over the others, and most of the people that I felt should have gone home have gone.

We went and fed our neighbors' cats, as they're out of town, and I weighed all the kittens - all except one gained .01 kg, which is good. One of them lost .01, which I think can happen when they're this small, but I'll have to keep an eye on it. Their eyes are all starting to open a bit already. So cute!
