Sleepy

I did finally go back to bed at 4 am, and managed to fall back asleep. I had to wake up at 5:30 though, which meant that I was not all that refreshed. I also managed to have some weird dreams in that hour and a half. There was something involving a safari-type place with genetically engineered animals - I somehow ended up riding on the back of this ginormous snapping turtle-like thing, chasing after Marc who was riding on some sort of ostrich/duck/platypus hybrid. I really wanted off the turtle, because the damn thing kept trying to bite me. Also, we passed a pink panther - literally, a pink panther - as we were riding along on our way to meet up with my family at the buffet.

Then I dreamt that I was trying to thin out my hair a bit, but had no idea how to use thinning shears properly, and ended up cutting off too much and giving myself a mullet on the left side of my head. I was relieved when I woke up, looked in the mirror and saw that I was mulletless.

We watched the "House" season finale last night - I was pretty blown away by the last few minutes. Not what I was expecting! Nice to see Cameron and Chase get married, even though I'm still not quite sure what they do on the show. Still, it's good to see someone happy, especially since I'm sure my fav "Lost" couple isn't going to be.

Went for a walk last night too, after I did my shots.

So I had another sonogram/blood draw this morning (hence why I had to wake up at 5:30am). They counted 25 follicles this time, compared to just 11 on Sunday. So that's good. I'm still waiting to hear from my nurse on my estradiol levels and whether or not I need to adjust my dosages again. From now until Saturday I'll be going in for daily sonos/blood draws, so I've got another appointment tomorrow morning.

I haven't had much by the way of side effects, except for being a little more warm than normal. I think I'll probably experience a little more discomfort as my ovaries get bigger, but right now it's really minor. Mood-wise I'm doing fine, although I was on the verge of tears the other day when Marc got my Chipotle burrito bowl order wrong. I was a little uncharacteristically unhappy about that!
