Man, I am just behind on everything! I did finally manage to get through all of our photos last night. I came home after work with a horrible headache, so I ended up skipping Bandit's agility class. There was just no way I was going to be able to run around in the heat without my head splitting open.
Oh, I forgot to mention that last week I won four tickets to the Cal vs. Maryland football game! I follow Cal Athletics on twitter, and they were having a contest - if you "retweeted" one of their messages, you'd have a chance to win. So I did, and they sent me an e-mail saying I won tickets! My brother was supposed to buy tickets for all of us that day, but it turned out he didn't, so this works out perfectly.
Anyways, I wanted to compile some of the stuff from Comic Con that was "Lost" related or otherwise interesting into one blog post, in case anyone was interested. One panel that was interesting was the "Wonder Women of Sci-Fi" panel, which I thought was kind of cool. It was basically a discussion with kick-ass women in genre TV/film.
EW moderated it, and the video is in four parts. I love that they got a guy to moderate, and he seems just a little flustered at times.
And the "Lost" panel! They had Michael Emerson, Jorge Garcia, Josh Holloway (bummed that I missed him!), Nestor Carbonell, Dominic Monaghan (very briefly), and the exec producers, Carlton Cuse and Damon Lindelhof (aka Darlton) there. Embedded in the youtube vids are links to some of the videos they showed during the panel - some interesting commercials as well as some fan vids.
The "V" panel was pretty short, due to the fact that they showed the entire pilot beforehand (which amazingly hasn't leaked onto the 'net). So there were only about 3 questions asked.
There were also a ton of good interviews from Comic Con - some nice "Lost" tidbits, though nothing really spoilery. I'll try to compile those in another post - right now, I need to go to bed!
