Ouch Ouch Ouch Ouch Ouch

Can't type...too sore...

That class last night was brutal. It turned out to be a bonafide boxing facility, with a ring and everything. Anyways, it was 90 minutes of pure pain. We did a bunch of sit ups and push ups with these heavy balls, and at some point I lost all feeling in my lower extremities. One time I tried to do a sit up, and my body acted like it had totally forgotten which muscles to use, because nothing moved. When we finally got to put on gloves and punch the bags it was a little more fun, if not a bit comical.

Anyways, I'm sure I'll be paying for this for the next few days. Ouch.

Found this on one of my message boards today, which I thought was pretty cute.

There's another thing that I've come across on message boards a lot, which for some reason always cracks me up. I have no idea what this comes from, but the picture is just too funny.

Fish

If anyone is wondering, our fish are all still alive. I don't know how, but they are. We set up a second quarantine tank last night, and we're going to try to pick up a new fish after work today. Not sure what yet. I also put on the second coat of stain on the canopy last night, and it's looking pretty good! I'm excited about getting the new lights installed in it and seeing how it looks.
